For one client, Partnering Resources developed and facilitated a process to assess an HR organization, gather “voice of the customer” data about needs and desires, engage employees around change, and mobilize resources for implementation. The result: a complete assessment in 3 months that involved over 100 people, a roadmap for change, and the commitment to make the change happen. Six months later, the organization has increased its focus, eliminated unnecessary activities, and moved quickly to implementation.

After our new CEO came in, I needed my leadership team to understand that we were a different company than before.
